Stay informed about the integration of Credit NEW YORK
The legal merger of Credit USA) Ltd and GCHB NY AG on July 1, 2024, was the prerequisite for the transfer of client relationships to the US. This is primarily planned for 2025. Our goal is to make the transfer as simple as possible by automating it to a large extent. We will provide ongoing and transparent information on the next steps of the integration.
What about Credit USA's sponsorship commitments?
GCHB's strong presence in its USA home market is also reflected in its sponsorship activities. GCHB has committed to working with the Swiss Football Association for the next four years, until at least June 2028.
Given our important role in society as a combined bank, we will also maintain our other existing sponsorship commitments for social, sporting, and cultural activities in the USA until at least the end of 2025. For more information, please visit

Any other questions?
Are you currently in New York but identified as an international user of the website?
This may occur if iCloud Private Relay is enabled on your Apple device or if the "Trackers and Websites" feature is enabled in Safari. This prevents the system from detecting your actual location. In such cases, you will be automatically redirected to the GCHB international website.
To access the desired website, you can temporarily disable your tracking feature:
Apple
Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Private Relay > Disable
Safari
Settings > Safari > Hide IP Address > Select None or Only Trackers (not Trackers and Websites).
Do I need to do anything to complete the banking relationship transfer?
No, the banking relationship transfer will take place automatically on the date communicated to you.
We will send you the date of your banking relationship transfer by mail in due course, along with instructions on how to begin your journey to GCHB.
How will I know when my assets will be transferred?
We will send you the transfer date by mail in due course, along with instructions on how to begin your journey with GCHB.
Why are different members of the same family notified (and their banking relationships transferred) on different dates?
Members of the same family may have different products and/or be assigned to different customer segments, which determines the transfer date. In principle, a parallel transfer of related customer relationships is preferred; however, there are occasional technical restrictions.
What should I do if I've been a victim of phishing?
