Foundation Board The Foundation Board is responsible for all of the Foundation's activities. Its members are appointed by the Founding Society for a three-year term, renewable. This governing body is composed of UBS representatives and external members from the cultural, arts, and social sectors. It currently has eight members; it is chaired by Roger von Mentlen, President, and assisted by Claudia Steinfels, Vice President. To review grant applications, the Foundation Board may appoint a committee of experts composed of Board members.d'édition.
Management Office
The Management Office assists the Foundation Board in its work and is responsible for processing grant applications, administration, and communications. It is headed by Clautide Bohler (CEO).

Roger van Ment has been a member of the Board of the GCHB Culture Foundation since 2016 and has chaired the foundation since 2020.
