Participate in our food drive with Cartons du Cœur Romandie! Every year for over 30 years, Cartons du Cœur Romandie has organized several food drives to help people in precarious situations. The food collected is then redistributed to beneficiaries via our 34 branches in French-speaking Switzerland. Would you like to contribute to the success of our next drive? At one of our partner stores, you will welcome and inform customers about our efforts and collect food donations. Together, let's help thousands of people in difficulty! Volunteer Time: Friday, March 28 and Saturday, March 29, 2025 Saturday, June 28, 2025 Friday, October 24 and Saturday, October 25, 2025 Minimum 2-hour block, cumulative Volunteers are free to choose their time slots and store via our dedicated platform Location: Partner stores in French-speaking Switzerland (currently only in the canton of Vaud) Procedure: Email confirmation of time slots and location Introduction to Activities: On-site welcome and briefing by a supervisor Supervision: 2 Supervisors per store Maximum 4 volunteers per store Tasks: Welcoming customers: greeting them, providing information about the collection, offering to contribute a shopping bag Receiving donations: thanking donors, sorting fresh and frozen products, placing shopping bags on a pallet/roll, informing the coordinator when the pallet/roll is ready Full Comply with current guidelines and standards Requirements and conditions for participation: Good physical health Fluency in French Compliance with health and safety standards
