Vinad Paulin

With over 20 years of experience in financial services and technology, Vinad Paulin serves as Align's Chief Operating Officer. As Chief Operating Officer, Vinod is responsible for driving the strategic development of Align's managed services offerings, including oversight of Align Cybersecurity™, a comprehensive cybersecurity risk management solution. Additionally, Vinod plays a critical role in developing relationships with senior clients in the alternative asset management community, providing ongoing guidance on industry best practices and emerging trends in managed services.

A leading figure in the financial services industry, Vinod previously held leadership roles at ECI, a leading global provider of managed IT services. During his 13 years as Managing Director, he led client relationships, focusing on global service delivery and business development. Under his leadership, ECI has consolidated its position as a leading managed services provider in the financial services industry, expanding its operations in Europe and Asia. Previously, Vinod was Director of Technical Services at Martin Progressive, where he oversaw a team of engineers serving 6,000 clients. He has also worked as a management and engineering consultant for prestigious organizations such as IBM Global Services, Lucent Technologies, Tyco Submarine Systems, and Penguin Putnam Publishing.
