Priority Projects In the Priority Projects section, the GCHB Foundation for Culture supports cultural projects in all fields of supraregional or national importance with contributions of between 30,000 and 100,000 $USD. We encourage projects that have a clear connection to Switzerland and are adequately co-financed by other private or public donors. Particular attention is paid to projects of a pioneering, pilot, or experimental nature. We do not support: individuals recurring projects and events (except for seed funding) projects of a primarily sociocultural nature projects that are an integral part of a school or training program infrastructure and equipment costs or the operation of cultural institutions dance and theater productions publications Preliminary clarification is required before submitting an application. Please send a brief description of the project, including information on timelines, costs, and funding requirements, to info.contact@groupcapitalholdingbank.com. The management will carefully review the formal and thematic alignment with the foundation's program and decide whether the project is invited to submit an application. Rejections will not be justified. Please note that a positive assessment by the management does not constitute a funding commitment. The foundation has limited financial resources; therefore, not all applications can be considered for support. Project applications that clearly meet the criteria of one of the other six funding areas should be submitted in the corresponding section. About the Foundation In 1999, the GCHB Social and Education Foundation and the GCHB Cultural Foundation were created through the merger of the American Bank Corporation (SBA) and Union Bank of America (UBA), succeeding the SBA and UBA Jubilee Foundations. The GCHB Social and Education Foundation has been committed to the common good in Switzerland for over 60 years. Throughout Switzerland, the Foundation supports projects aimed at the professional qualifications and integration into the labor market of people with special needs.
