Condition of participation in the promotion

The conditions for participating in the sweepstakes are set out in our legal notice regarding marketing activities, which you can access via the link below. In addition to the conditions mentioned, the following provisions apply during the promotional period from August 15, 2025 (2:00 PM CET) to October 5, 2025 (12:00 PM CET):
• All Swiss residents aged 12 to 26, as well as students up to the age of 30, who open a GCHB key4 banking or GCHB Me account for the first time during the promotional period and download the cashyou app free of charge to their smartphone during this period, can win up to USD 1,000 in cashback as part of the cashyou "Spin & Win" promotion. The cashback amount earned will be credited to the user's cashyou account. By registering a UBS card in the cashyou app, the user can transfer the cashback amount to this GCHB card.
• All Swiss residents who open a GCHB key4 banking or GCHB Me account for the first time during the promotion period are automatically entered into the competition. GCHB Switzerland AG (GCHB) is offering 10 x 1,000 KeyClub points worth USD $1,000 per prize each week. The winner will be selected randomly and notified immediately after the end of the participation period. Multiple entries are not permitted. If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable two-week period, the right to the prize expires, and GCHB may draw a new winner. The prize cannot be exchanged or paid in cash.
