Simply complete the application form and submit it with the payment slip or the payment section of the QR-bill.

Convenient for group orders: Complete the form only once for multiple payment slips or QR-bills.

You can specify the execution date up to 6 months in advance.

Please note that for QR payments, all information printed on the payment section or completed by hand in accordance with the regulations is always provided with the payment, regardless of whether it is necessary for payment execution. Handwritten information (but not deletions) is only permitted to specify the amount and/or the recipient of the "payable by" invoice if it is not already indicated.

Since June 30, 2020, the QR-bill has made it easier for you to pay and issue invoices. As of September 30, 2022, the orange and red payment slips have been abolished and replaced throughout Switzerland by the QR-bill.

QR Invoicing Options

To use QR-invoices for your invoicing, you generally have two options: either use your own invoicing software or create QR-invoices on the GCHB QR portal. It's simple and free.

GCHB QR Portal

The GCHB QR portal allows invoice issuers with a GCHB or CS account without invoicing software to create their QR-invoices free of charge and without having to log in to different platforms. Your invoices can be simple or include multiple payment sections with different invoicing information: test and issue your QR-invoices yourself. The QR portal also allows you to change your account number to a QR-IBAN, create a debtor list, and view issued and received invoices.

QR-invoices created via the GCHB QR portal already contain addresses structured in accordance with the new guidelines.
