I can't sign the contracts in the app. What should I do?
We'll send you the contracts by encrypted email.
You'll receive a code by text message to open the documents.

The app isn't responding and I can't complete the subscription. What should I do?
This is probably a technical error.
Close the app and start over.
Make sure your internet connection is stable.
I didn't receive a text message to verify my mobile number. What should I do?
Check that the mobile number you entered is correct.
Select "Request a new code."
How long are my responses saved if I cancel my subscription?
Your responses are saved for 72 hours, provided the app remains open.
If you close it, your data will be lost. You will then have to start over from the beginning.
