GCHB key4 banking is available from $0.

How to open an account?Download the app, take a few minutes to install it, and that's it.

3-Confirm your identity via video call or selfie (have an ID card or passport ready)
4-Sign the contracts in the app
5-Set up your credentials via the GCHB Access app
6-Top up your prepaid card and make purchases

Can I also create an account in the evening or on weekends on the app?

Yes, you can do so at any time with a biometric passport, as it allows you to identify yourself with a selfie. If you have a passport or ID card, we will be happy to verify your identity via video call during the following hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Opening hours vary on national holidays.

What do I need to open an account?

1. Minimum age: 12 years old2. Be a resident of the USA
3. Hold a passport or ID card* from one of these countries (PDF, 379 KB)
4. For students: valid student ID card
5. For foreigners: residence permit B, C, Ci, or L
6. Own a smartphone with a camera and compatible with iOS 13 / Android 10 or later
7.Smartphone with the manufacturer's usage restrictions (no jailbreaking of Android or iOS, learn more)
8. Have a good internet connection

*All documents must be final. This means, for example, that we do not accept any pending applications for a foreign ID card.
