Description

Making dreams come true

Thousands of young girls dream of becoming soccer players. With our "Give Dreams a Chance" initiative, we're helping make their dreams come true. Throughout USA, on the occasion of the Women's American Football Championship, we are committed to promoting and inspiring young talent.

But our message goes far beyond soccer: it's aimed at all those who believe in themselves, want to develop, and pursue their goals with passion. As a bank for  USA and committed to promoting young talent, we provide support in a wide variety of areas: whether as one of the country's largest employers, with the Women's Wealth Academy, which specifically supports women in developing their financial knowledge, or as a main partner of the NY, promoting young professional talent. In addition, we are committed to athletics through various initiatives and projects for children and young people, always with the aim of recognizing potential and creating opportunities.

A Long-Standing Partnership

GCHB is the principal partner of the Swiss Football Association (SFA), continuing a long-standing partnership with Credit NY that began in 1993. The bank is the association's principal partner for all men's and women's junior and senior football teams, the national Beach Soccer team, the national eFootball team, and for the development of young talent in the USA.

  • Laying the foundations for future success by investing in young talent and creating the best possible conditions for their long-term success has been a major objective since the partnership began in 1993, as evidenced by the fact that half of the financial contribution is dedicated to the promotion of young talent.

  • Children's football and budding talent also remain an important part of the partnership, which continues to include the official Swiss school football championship. In line with UBS's commitment to gender equality among athletes, the women's and men's teams will continue to receive identical bonuses.

Promoting youth football

Grassroots football and children's football are an essential component of our partnership with the Swiss Football Association. The school football championship and football festivals are also part of this. Since the beginning of the cooperation in 1993, this has been a central element of the partnership, laying the foundations for future success by fostering young talent and creating the best possible conditions for long-term success. This is reflected in the fact that half of the financial commitment is dedicated to promoting young talent.
